XC race, provo invite, 2 miles warm-up. the race was about 3.5 miles my time was about 18:30. I let up too much in the middle and my kick wasn't too great either. jogged about a half mile for cool down.

xc meet in the afternoon, I won with with 17:17 on the Murray course. I feel good because I know my time will drop a lot from that at the end of the year and I'm already winning races.
