Team workout was pretty light this morning. I ran 4 laps around Liberty Park.

I ran on a walking path at tahoe the whole week. It was pretty flat but i got my runs in and it's higher than SLC

couple miles before i left Tahoe. Ran the team time trial, I was first but I felt slow, I'm excited about being a captain.

10 miles in Milcreek with the team today. I felt good, we just stuck at a steady pace today, didn't push it too hard

Team run in the morning. Fartlek workout around sugarhouse park. I started each fast interval at the back of the pack so I would push myself more by going after the poeple in the front. Felt good

Team workout at the complex today. We ran 10 hills continuing on after the hill for a couple hundred meters. I stayed steady through the first 8 and picked it up in the end. i think going to tahoe helped because I feel much more rested now.

Today the team did a bike/run race with two person teams. One person would run a mile while the other biked it, then they would switch. We wen ten miles total.

Team run at Liberty park. We ran a tempo run, 3 miles just slower than race pace. Zach came up on me in the end, but I went with him and held him off. I wouldn't have hit my time if he hadn't done that.

10 mile run sunnyside to city creek

Team workout at sugarhouse. 5 intervals of 1000 meters around the pond, roughly along the state course. my times were 3:30, 3:32, 3:29, 3:29, 3:27.

Team run at the track in the morning. 1 mile warm-up, 1 mile speed changes, 1 mile interval (5:23) with 2 laps recovery, 2 800 intervals (2:30, 2:24) 1 lap recovery, 3 miles cool down. My legs felt a little heavy today, didn't help that I didn't have spikes.

Team run, 5 miles from the track to shriner's and back  (6-7 minute pace). 10 100s and 2 300s. felt good.

Morning alone in the morning, sunnyside to sugarhouse 

XC meet at wheeler farm. I ran around 17 minutes for a three mile (estimated) and won the race. That time is about 30 second under my time on that course last year, so I'm right where I want to be. I felt very strong.

Team run in the morning from the school to sugarhouse with one lap around the park and back

Afternoon team run at sunnyside park, 2 mile warm up, 2 mile tempo run (6:30 pace) 2 mile cool down

4 miles in the morning alone

Team workout at the track. warm-up with 1 mile speed changes and 1 lap recovery. 800, with 1 lap recovery (2:30) and 8 400s, first two-three between 70-75 seconds the rest 65-70, with 1 lap recovery each. 3 laps cool-down.
