We had a light run at sugarhouse but I felt a little sick.

I felt pretty good today, basically back up to speed. My team went out for a run along the roads and I pushed myself pretty well especially on the second half of the run. My sickness yesterday wasn't from the run i've just been having stomach problems since I got back from Mexico (real shocker eh?) but I'm getting over it now.

We had a very light team workout at Sugarhouse. Just two laps around with a few strides and a couple hills. Feeling good

I'm going to get back on my distance this week. I had some problems at the end of last week but I'm over those. I was a little sleepy for this morning's run with my team and my calves were a little tired. Plus I had to go to the bathroom for the last half of the run (non bien). I still kept a pretty good pace though out in front.

Today's morning run went well. We went about five miles on the roads and I kept up about 6 minute pace. Greeny and Spruce pushed well. I could sense they were tired around the middle of the run so I pushed the pace a little bit. I was impressed to see them stay up as long as they did. Good job guys.

I ran a light 4 miles around harvard-yale in the evening

I had a team run along shoreline trail from the zoo to a little past Red Butte (about 6 miles). I booked it today. 4 miles at night.

We had a team fartlek run around Sunnyside Park. i felt good and everyone did very well.

I ran from Sunnyside Park up to 11th Av. to Memory Grove and back. Once I warmed up a bit I felt pretty good.

7 miles with my team in the morning. We ran The cemetery loop by 33rd South. I went around 6:50 pace.

Ran with the team in the morning. 4 laps around Liberty Park getting progressively faster. We went faster than planned but I guess that's a good thing. I felt really good on my last lap.

I ran in the morning with the team along Pipeline trail in Milcreek Canyon. I felt really good today, I hit around 6 minute pace for the ten miles

Team workout at Sunnyside park. We did fartlek, 3 minutes fast, 2 minutes recovery. I felt pretty good, I'm getting stronger.

pretty light team workout today. We ran 4 laps around liberty park, one lap was indian files. Still feeling strong though I was feeling a little more tired today. I think it's just from coming up on the end of the week.

Morning team workout. Warm up lap around sugarhouse park, 2 miles of speed changes around the track (Highland's track needs help by the way) and a cool down around the park. Light workout, felt good.

Team run in the morning from liberty park to 2nd east up to South Temple and back. I feel good, it's nice to back off a little this week for the 10k on thursday. I pushed the last stretch in the park.

Team run in the morning from Sugarhouse to Shriner's Hospital. I'm over my sick spell from the weekend and feeling good. I kind of treated this run like a warm up for the week, pretty casual.

team run in the morning, dry creek trail. Only problem I had was that I was just sleepy, slowed me down a bit on the way up, but nothing bad.

Team workout this morning was pretty tough. We did 6 hill repeats at cottonwood complex. first 3 were about 200 meters, second 3 were 400 meters. After we did some ab exercises, that really hurt me, Got through it though.

Team workout this morning was on Jordan river parkway, 8 miles. It felt pretty good to run on a flat course at a steady pace after yesterday, nice recovery type run.
